MirePoix Vegas was an unfortunate victim of the recent technological meltdown.  Fortunately, it won’t take as long to get everything up and running again!  It will be up and running when I’m recuperating from knee surgery in two weeks if I can’t get to it sooner.  No worries, all stuff is there!
